How do I return an item?
We happily accept returns for all damaged and unused items within 30 days of purchase.For the returns to process please email us at _________________ or call at __________________ to obtain RA (Return Authorization) and make sure you include the order number in the email. Returns without RA will not be accepted
Return Policy for Missing item
If you find any item or the order missing, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We will try our best to locate the item or else we will ship a replacement.
Return Policy for Hazardous Items
Hazardous liquids and chemicals such as laundry and toilet chemicals are not returnable because of federal safety restrictions.
Return Policy for Customized items
We do not offer returns for customized items unless there is any defect in design or logo.
Return Policy for Warranty Items
Some items fall under manufacturer warranty. For those items you can directly contact the manufacturer.
* 20% Restocking fee is subjected on all returns which will be deducted from their refund amount.
* Customer will pay Return shipping fee.
* All the refunds will be transferred to beneficiary account within 2-3 weeks after we receive the return.
